I have always thought the casino at Harrahs has more energy than either Ballys or Paris. Depending on the location of your room at either hotel you can have LOUD noise until 4am. Low floor facing Carnival Court at Harrahs and either tower at Ballys facing Flamingo(Drais) can vibrate late.
