WebThe PTO brake isn't working in the tractor. I started tearing it down. I was a Ford/New Holland tech for many years but never touched one of these versatile tractor before. I started to remove the top link cover. I got the bolts out, got the lines disconnected, but I can't remove it. It feels like a rear brake drum on a car.
